The Monday night Mortgage Relief Webinar

  • is for homeowners  (also rental and commercial property)
  • Who are delinquent, or will soon be delinquent, on mortgage payments (can be in foreclosure), AND
  • Whose property is upside down (You owe more for it than it’s appraised value), AND
  • Whose outstanding mortgage balance is a minimum of $175,000
This strategy will not benefit homeowners who have been evicted from their homes.

Workshop Description:

A real estate investment company that purchases home owner’s mortgages from lenders at a deep discount and then sells the property back to the original home owner at about 80% of the current FMV. This results in a new mortgage for the homeowner with balances and monthly payments typically reduced by 50% or more.
