Stay away from Learn My Rights or Learnmyrights.org in Atlanta since it is run by Klane Anderson and Dexter Mosley. These gentlemen were the same people who ran Home Rights Advocates, until they received a Cease and Desist order from the GA Dept of Banking and Finance last October. We signed up for a debt discharge program under CMS in August 2009. We paid $ 4900 to put approximately 11 credit cards balances totaling approximately $180,000 into the program.(90% of that balance was associated with trying to keep our business afloat). EMS failed to refer my case to the Attorney that I contracted with for 2months.The Attorney never did receive my case therefore my mortgage accelerated with out me even knowing it.EMS is guilty of Fraud in the first degree.Furthermore,the Attorney never contracted to receive cases from EMS.
