We signed up for a debt discharge program under CMS in August 2009. We paid $ 4900 to put approximately 11 credit cards balances totaling approximately $180,000 into the program.(90% of that balance was associated with trying to keep our business afloat).  We had been struggling to make the payments, but we were doing it, and had never been late. EMS failed to refer my case to the Attorney that I contracted with for 2months.The Attorney never did receive my case therefore my mortgage accelerated with out me even knowing it.EMS is guilty of Fraud in the first degree.Furthermore,the Attorney never contracted to receive cases from EMS.
